Alumni
About Us
Members
Since the establishment of the PVPS Alumni in 2011, members have been assisting with various school events. With our mission to instill a sense of belonging in graduates so they can contribute back to the school, the Alumni Exco continues to be the bridge that connects ex-students to Park View Primary, our alma mater.
Code of Conduct
-
Be respectful towards the religious beliefs, customs, and sensitivities of others.
-
Be mindful and exercise good judgment before making any postings using digital and social media. No posting of PVPS students’ photos on personal Facebook, Twitter, etc. due to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
-
Be considerate, kind, and responsible in your dealings with teaching and non-teaching staff, parent volunteers, and students in the school. Alumni volunteers should not engage in disorderly or offensive behaviour within the school premises (e.g., public display of affection or damage to school property).
-
Avoid participating in any activity that physically or mentally harms, intimidates, or humiliates other students or violates one’s dignity as an individual.
-
Dress with decorum when volunteering during events. Avoid wearing inappropriate shorts, spaghetti-strap blouses, very short dresses, slippers, T-shirts with inappropriate prints or wording, etc. when performing duty during school events. Punkish hairstyles, dyeing, or tinting of hair are not allowed.
-
Any initiation of school-related programmes or meetings within school premises involving PVPS students must be acknowledged and approved by school teachers and leaders.
-
Any suspected case of a breach in the code of conduct will result in an investigation and consequences or actions will be meted out by the school if necessary.

Serving as a volunteer in PVPS Alumni is a wonderful way to give back
to your alma mater. As a young volunteer, you play a very meaningful role
in supporting the school events, recruitment and fundraising efforts. But
most importantly, you keep the PVPS spirit alive. To foster mutual respect
and a sense of community within the alumni family and PVPS, the Alumni
EXCO has developed the following Code of Conduct to set its tone, image
and direction.
